My heart is like an apple-tree

Whose boughs are bent with thick-set fruit;

My heart is like a rainbow shell

That paddles in a halcyon sea;

My heart is gladder than all these,

This poem is one of the famous poem and I found it by searching just a famous poem. I got this poem and I read it, it was not that hard to understand. In poem, there are lots of phrase that I really do not understand what it saying or what its meaning. The narrator wrote that his heart is gladder than all the phrases that he said, because his love is come to him. It means like the narrator is waiting for his love really long time, and missing his love. This poem is about a man who waited his love for long time, and when his birthday come, this love comes too. I liked this poem, and it impressed me too.
